Okay I have been a bit nervous lately because of the Miss Universe Malaysia casting call that I have agreed to go for. This Saturday, it’s going to be at the Royal Chulan so if you are aged between 18-25, not married and have no criminal records or secret children, come! Like Andrea Fonseka said, Malaysian women are beautiful and what most of us ( J ) need is just abit of grooming and confidence. Oh, er… for girls only ah.

So! To rid myself of the stress (which breeds extra sebum which breeds pimples which breeds more stress etc. etc.), I went for a run this morning at 6 a.m. with my brand new kicks thanks to adidas. Check out the sleek and super featherweight Supernova Glide II for women...



And this time I hooked it up to the adidas miCoach that I was given to test out. This is the pacer you strap around your chest.





And this is essentially the brains of the miCoach which you hook up to your mp3, put the earphone on and voila, you get your very own virtual coach that speaks to you as you run.





The miCoach updates you on your heart rate as you work out so you know if you're achieving your target. For example if you wanna burn fat, you would want your heart rate to be above 120 and this little gadget will tell you if you are within that zone. Of course I rarely was within my targeted zone la hehe but at least I knew what I had to do to reach it. Plus, it was an amazing stressbuster and I am seriously thinking of taking up running.
