FLY FM PRIZE GIVEAWAYS:-

• How can you collect your prize?

        - You will have to come over to Fly Fm’s office to collect your prize ONLY after receiving calls from FLY FM

• When is the prize collection?

        -prize collection will be on Mondays-Fridays, 9am-6pm except during lunch hour (1pm-2pm)
        -we are closed during the weekends

• Where can you collect your prizes?

        -Level 2, South Wing, TV3 Sri Pentas, Bandar Utama. Persiaran Bandar Utama. 47800 Petaling Jaya Selangor Darul Ehsan.

• Who is the contact person for Fly FM’s Prizes

        -Hazeira (Mira) at 03 77105022 ext 7108 or hazeira@flyfm.com.my

• How long will it take to process the prizes?

        - 30-90 days for cash prizes
        -30-60 days for other prizes.

• Can a winner send a representative to collect their prizes on their behalf?

        -yes and to bring a copy of the winners I/C is compulsory.

• A winner ineligible to enter and/or win a contest if:

       -They have won a prize/prizes valued either individually or collectively at RM100 or more from FLY FM or in any FLY FM
        contest in the 30 days prior to entering the competition.
      -They are discovered to have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win prizes from FLY FM.

• Can a person from the same household win at the same time?

        -if A member of that person’s family or household has won a prize in any competition in the 30 days prior to the day they enter the competition are strictly not allowed to enter any contest organized by FL FM.

• What will happen if the winners did not claim their prizes according to length of period given?

       -All prizes must be collected within 1 month from the date of notification.  After that time, unclaimed prizes will be dealt with
        according to legislative requirements.  FLY FM will not notify winners of time remaining.  It is the sole responsibility of winners to
       collect their prize.

• Fly Fm will only send the prizes by courier if:

      - The winner is staying outstation
     -winners staying in Klang Valley/Kl will have to come over to our office and collect their prizes within the length of period given.

• Winners under age of 18 will have to:

     -to be accompanied by a parent/guardian when collecting their prize. 

• What if the winning prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances?

     -   If a specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, FLY FM may substitute a similar prize or one of equivalent value.
