Robin Antin, the guy behind the formation of PCD initially wanted hot dancers to perform strictly burlesque, but changed the concept after seeing the group with a major potential to rock as an all-girl troupe.
After getting signed to Interscope Records, the girls rocked a lot of big singles banging radio waves with their cheeky attitude and sexy demeanour.
