1.Shutter Island (2010)

The movie goes back to 1954, where a troubled U.S. marshal Teddy Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his new partner (Mark Ruffalo) work together to investigate the disappearance of a murderer who escaped from a mental hospital

2.The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2011)

The film follows disgraced journalist Mikael Blomkvist (Daniel Craig) who recruits computer hacker Lisbeth Salander (Rooney Mara), in order to unravel the mystery behind the disappearance of an heir who had gone missing 40 years ago.
