Since MCO and now moving on to the implementation of CMCO, many of you have been itching to get a hair cut done. Some have even been allegedly arrested for going to the barber! Do you really need to get a haircut during CMCO?
In this episode of #TerkiniwithNandini Fly’s AM Mayhem and Nandini discuss if you really do need a haircut during CMCO?
Nandini and Fly’s AM Mayhem agree on the fact that no, having a haircut is not an essential!
“But who cares though?! Really nobody cares about how you look like. I saw the news, that a bunch of people got arrested I think in Penang for illegally cutting their hair! Can you imagine we’ve come to a time when cutting your own hair is illegal.
But at the same time, is it really that important for you to cut your hair.” – Nandini
“It’s gonna affect people like me, cause I used to go to the barber shop every single Friday to get a shape up or a fade right and just a clean up and also for shaving my facial hair as well. But looking at people like Trevor Noah who still does his show from his house, if you see that man right now, hes got like a peach fuzz beard and his hair is not kept at all bu the show still goes on.
So with that being said, I think its not that important” – Guibo
But there are some who simply can’t wait or can’t risk getting thrown in jail over a haircut have taken measures into their own hands. RD for instance has accidentally given himself a terrible fade!
“RD you look like that character from ‘Spongebob Squarepants’, Squidward!!!” – Guibo/Hafiz
With that being said, we are facing a continues battle against the COVID-19 pandemic, and that should be the first hand issue rather than getting a haircut from barbers and salons who are not permitted to run their businesses during this MCO and CMCOz.
“Seriously, cutting hair is really not that important, during MCO, so please calm down you are at home most importantly and nobody cares about how ugly you look.” – Nandini
