In a heartfelt caption, she wrote “Happy Anniversary, baby. I love you. 20 years. @kobebryant.”

The philanthropist and former model followed up with another post to document the moments she shared with Kobe. The video shows the couple sharing tender moments, and also includes an interview snipped of Kobe proclaiming his love for his wife.

“My wife Vanessa, it’s fun. We have a good time together. I love her tremendously. But, we’re best friends, too. It’s a blessing.”

Early last year, a tragic helicopter crash claimed the life of Kobe, who was 41, and their 13-year-old daughter Gianna Bryant along with seven other passengers.

She wrote,

“My girls and I want to thank the millions of people who’ve shown support and love during this horrific time. Thank you for all the prayers. We definitely need them. We are completely devastated by the sudden loss of my adoring husband, Kobe — the amazing father of our children; and my beautiful, sweet Gianna — a loving, thoughtful, and wonderful daughter, and amazing sister to Natalia, Bianka, and Capri.”

Vanessa also wrote a tribute for the lives lost in that tragic accident, including John, Keri and Alyssa Altobelli, Peyton and Sarah Chester, Christina Mauser and Ara Zobayan.

“We are also devastated for the families who lost their loved ones on Sunday, and we share in their grief intimately.”

In February last year, Vanessa took action and sued the owner of the helicopter. The lawsuit was filed by Vanessa in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, citing that the pilot was careless and negligent by flying in cloudy conditions.  Then in September, Vanessa sued a second helicopter company, alleging the Santa Ana-based firm’s owner and founder suggested the route of the ill-fated flight when they should have made the decision to ground the flight.
