Robert Downey Jr. may have exited the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2019 with Avengers: Endgame, but the actor is now fighting a new battle- alongside animals.
The actor will be welcoming 2020 with an upcoming movie, “Dolittle”. The Universal Pictures movie follows the reimagining of the classic story about a famous veterinarian who can speak to animals.
The fantasy movie features an all-star voice cast for the animals – including an MCU reunion for the actor and Tom Holland, who voices a dog named Jip – Yay to a reunion!
Other cast includes Antonio Banderas, Michael Sheen, Ralph Fiennes, Emma Thompson, Octavia Spencer and Kumail Nanjiani.
“Dolittle” is said to hit theaters on Jan. 17, 2020.
